B2B software studio — Est. operations across UK & EU

Software for the businesses that move first.

We build the connective tissue between companies — platforms, panels, pipelines and AI — and we ship them in weeks, not quarters. No retainer theatre. No layered account managers. A direct line, a defined scope, and engineering that closes.

Currently engaged in
01 — Position

We are a small studio engineered for companies with real revenue and real deadlines.

Paknet — short for Packet Network — exists for the conversation that happens after the slide deck: how is this actually going to ship, who owns the database, and what happens at 3am on the first week of go-live.

Our work sits between operating businesses. Procurement to procurement. Operations to operations. We write the systems that move data, money and decisions between firms — the layer most agencies politely refuse to touch.

02 — Capabilities

What we build, end to end.

01

Existing software, deployed quickly

Productised platforms we already own and operate. Branding, configuration and onboarding land in days, not months. Your team is operational the same week.

Lead time · 5–14 days
02

Bespoke systems

Hand the team a written spec or a rough whiteboard. We come back with a fixed scope, a budget, and a single point of contact. Built around your operation, not someone else's template.

Lead time · scope-dependent
03

Management & admin panels

Internal tools that replace a dozen spreadsheets and three Slack threads. Audit trails, role-based access, exports, and the unglamorous workflows your operations team actually lives in.

Internal ops
04

AI integrations

Practical AI inside the systems you already use — document parsing, classification, retrieval, drafting, agentic workflows. Wired into your data, not a chatbot bolted on top.

Applied, not theatrical
05

Data pipelines & analytics

From source systems to dashboards: ingestion, modelling, warehousing, and the governance to keep finance comfortable. The numbers your board asks for, on the day they ask for them.

Warehouse · BI · ETL
06

Websites & product surfaces

Marketing sites, portals, customer accounts, partner integrations. The public face of a serious business — engineered with the same discipline as the back-end behind it.

Public & partner-facing
03 — Products

Software we already operate.

Two ways in. Both
land in your inbox
within the week.

30 minutes. We confirm fit, walk the platform, and price.

  2. 02

    Configuration

Branding, accounts, roles and integrations are configured by our team.

  3. 03

    Live, the same week

You start operating. We stay on the line for the first 30 days.

Track B

Bespoke contracts

  1. 01

    Send a spec

A document, a Loom, a whiteboard photo. Whatever you have.

  2. 02

    Scope & budget, in writing

We come back with a fixed scope, a number, and a delivery window.

  3. 03

    Direct line, end to end

You speak with the engineers building it. No account-manager telephone game.

05 — Mandate

Built for contracts between companies, firms and operators.

Paknet is unapologetically B2B. We don't run consumer apps, we don't chase D2C funnels, and we don't sell credits by the seat. Our mandate is the contract between two operating businesses — and the software that makes that contract execute on time, on spec, and on the books.

That focus is the reason we move quickly. We've seen the procurement cycle. We know how a vendor onboarding pack reads. We write the data processing addendum before legal asks for it. The work fits into how your business already operates — not the other way around.

06 — Contact

Open a direct line.

Leave your details and a short note about what you're working on. We'll come back to you within one working day to schedule a call.

We're selective about engagements — we'd rather decline early than deliver late. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.
